Solar Place Mats
One hot trendy item are solar place mats. Do you ever get tired of your food sitting out getting cold? I sure do. Sometimes, our family sets the food on the table, and before we all sit down, some of it is cold. The food could also be hot because the food tends to incrementally go towards room temperature.
What a solar place mat does is to keep the hot foods hot and the cold foods cold. For example, you might put the potatoes, cooked vegetables, and the meat on the hot placemat and the ice cream or tossed green salad on the other cold place mat.
The neat thing about some of these solar place mats is that they have a temperature control on them so that you can make it how you like it – hot or cold.
I would like Sanyo or Nanotech Solar to start producing these solar place mats.
